I'm Phi Tran. I don't just move words between languages — I design the programme behind them: the workflow, the vendor mix, the quality system, and the tooling that holds it together. Twelve years running it. Eleven tools built when nothing off-the-shelf fit.
Translation is one line item on a much longer invoice. The hard part is everything around it — deciding what gets localized, in what order, by whom, checked how, and shipped through which pipe. That's the part I own.
